WHAT IS IT?

The Brightening Refresher is a brightening toner that hydrates, restores the skin's pH balance and brightens skin tone while guarding against free radicals.

WHAT DOES IT DO?

Recommended for all skin types. Acne friendly!

- Fights and protects against free radical damage.

FEATURED INGREDIENTS:

Vitamin C (Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate) : Helps protect the skin from oxidizing stress while reducing signs of aging: dullness, discoloration, fine lines and wrinkles.

Hyaluronic Acid (Sodium Hyaluronate): Hydrates the skin.

Chamomilla Recutita Flower Extract : Helps to soothe the skin.

DIRECTIONS:

- Apply to small cotton round and apply to clean, dry skin.

- Use every day after cleansing your skin.

- May be used twice daily in both AM and PM regimens. 

- Follow with your preferred serums, moisturizer and Sunscreen (Morning).
